| First, check to make sure that you have Internet Explorer version 4.0 or above installed. If not, download and install it from http://www.microsoft.com/ie, then try installing Visual Cloning again. |
| Second, if you have Windows 2000 and Internet Explorer version 6, download and install the Microsoft service pack 2 (SP2) for Windows 2000, then try installing Visual Cloning again. |

| 3. How do I backup Visual Cloning? |
| When you download the installation file from http://www.redasoft.com/downloads, choose to save it instead of opening it. This file can be stored as backup for future re-installation if necessary. |
